I have already tried the Realtek site and can’t find a driver for this particular Realtek chip. I recently installed vista 64bit on a new computer which has this motherboard, it seems it is a common problem that the onboard LAN does not work, I managed to solve this and for anyone who has the same problem here is how.. I have already tried the Realtek site and can’t find a driver for this particular Realtek chip. You could run your internet connection through IPv6 which would give it the same status as your IPv4 connection which i assume is “internet” dont think you can get unlimited.
Got a question for ya Every thing is working fine except that I cannot get the built in Network card to work. Contacted AsRock and their reply was to contact alivenf6h-vsta dealer where I purchased the board.

I did receive a reply from AsRock and was told to clear Cmos, download a new set of Motherboard drivers from their site and use the new drivers. You may want to contact the manufacturer of the computer to get the drivers. Then you will see MAC address, pls.
The time now is I can’t find a driver anywhere. I also flashed the Bios to the latest version for this board to see if that would alleviate my problem. Join overother people just like you! That should do it, but make sure your IPv4 is set to obtain an ip address automatically, by going into “network and sharing center” “view status” “properties” IPv4″ “properties” and check obtain IP address automatically.
